Refund Policy

At The 10X Filing, we take pride in delivering exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction. We are dedicated to continuous improvement, striving to provide top-notch accounting, financial, and secretarial services through online channels. However, if you find our services unsatisfactory, please reach out to us promptly. We are committed to addressing and rectifying the situation, offering either corrections, refunds, or credits for future The 10X Filing orders.


Unsatisfied? Inform Us!

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please log in to the LEDGERS Platform using the email address used for payment. If you’ve forgotten your password, utilize the “forgot password” option for a reset.


Choose the engagement that falls short of your expectations and select “Not Satisfied.” We will promptly escalate the matter to the relevant agents and managers to expedite the resolution. Please note that while we can control delays on our end, we may be unable to manage government-side delays or deficiencies in submitted documents. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding as we endeavor to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.


30-Day Refund Policy

Should an engagement not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. After this period, you may request the refund to be processed as a service credit, applicable to any future service.


Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service. If you remain dissatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + government fees paid will apply. In the case of a service change, the cancellation fee won’t apply. Therefore, all refunds will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Additionally, if The 10X Filing has invested time and resources or incurred other fees, these will be deducted on a best-judgment basis, with the remaining balance refunded. Under any circumstances, The 10X Filing will refund up to 80% of the client’s paid fee.


Change of Service

If you wish to change the ordered service for a different one, you can request this change within 60 days of purchase. The original service’s purchase price, minus any earned fee and money paid to government entities, will be deducted, and the next service will be initiated. No 20% deduction applies for a change of service to the same or higher value.


Request Refund

To initiate a refund, log in to LEDGERS and select “Get Help.” Simultaneously, send an email to info@The10XFiling.com with transaction details. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the request date, along with all relevant information.


Penalty or Tax Payment

The 10X Filing and its employees serve as corporate service providers. While we prepare necessary filings, clients are responsible for accuracy. The 10X Filing will not pay penalties or taxes on behalf of clients, nor is it liable for other costs related to out-of-scope services.


Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee specific procedure outcomes, as external factors like government rejections or platform issues are beyond our control. Delays caused by government processing do not warrant a refund.


Force Majeure

The 10X Filing is not in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, legal actions, or other unforeseen circumstances constituting a Force Majeure Event.
